Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (14.25 oz) can tomatoes, cut
- 1 med. onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 can kidney beans, undrained
- 8 oz uncooked macaroni
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and garlic in saucepan, drain.
Add tomatoes, water, tomato sauce and seasonings; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in uncooked macaroni and kidney beans. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium. Simmer 9-10 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
