Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 cup potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
1 cup onion, sliced
1 cup celery, sliced
4 cups hot water
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 bay leaf, crumbled
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients in a slow cooker. Heat on low setting for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
